When you login in your brand new account, you will be taken to the dashboard page. You will not see many options in the side menu. This is because you have not subscribed to any plan yet.
Subscribe to a Plan
The first step after you login in your brand new account is to subsribe to a plan.
We have following 4 plans for you to choose from:
· Business Plan
· Investor Plan
· Personal Plan
· Payroll only Plan

To subscribe to a plan, from the top-right corner menu click on Plans & Billing and you will be taken to the Plans & Billing page.
Business Plan
The business plan will provide you access to all the platform features. The business plan is appropriate for business owners and professionals who are looking for a complete solution to manage their business finances, business processes and taxes. Business plan includes the following features:
· Bank feeds
· Customer and supplier management
· Invoices and Quotes
· Project management (coming soon)
· Payroll and STP for unlimited employees
· Activity Statements (auto-prefill and directlodgement with the ATO)
In addition to managing your business finances, you can also manage your personal finances and rental property investments. For details, please continue reading below.
Once you enable business plan, you should see new menu options appear in the side menu.
Investor price plan
Investor plan will enable you to automate your rental property accounting and give you a consolidated view of your investment property portfolio. You can add multiple properties and track property income, expenses, and capital expenditure by linking your bank accounts, mortgage accounts and manually adding cash expenses. You can also upload expense receipts and invoices and attach them to expense transactions.

Once you enable investor plan, you should see new menuoptions appear in the side menu bar.
Personal Plan
Personal plan will enable you to track your personal finances with easy, while tagging expenses that are tax deductible ensuring you don’t miss out any tax deductions.
Once you enable personal plan, you should see new menu options– Personal and Bank Connect in the side menu bar.
Payroll only Plan
Myaccountant's payroll plan will enable you to process payroll for unlimited employees, report payroll data to the ATO for Single Touch Payroll (STP) compliance, and pay employees super via super clearing house service.
You also get employee portal access to allow your employees to self-login and access their payslips, track leave entitlements and keep their payroll profile details up to date.
Once you enable Payroll only plan, you should see Payroll option appear in the left main menu bar.
